When you purchase a Nantucket Style cottage condominium unit your heat, air-conditioning and electricity, common area maintenance, 24-hour on-call maintenance, grounds maintenance and snow removal; parking for your car; weekly housekeeping, library and public areas; concierge services from our reception personnel; and full access to a myriad of programs, lectures, and events right down the hall are all available to you.
